By its decision dated 5 February 2016, the Czech Ministry of Industry and Commerce has appointed the Czech Bar Association as the entity responsible for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes between advocates (law firms) and their clients (consumers) based on the agreements on the provision of legal services.
