Effective as of the end of April 2019, Act on Data Processing introduces the long-awaited adaptation of the GDPR regulation into Czech law.
Amendment of the Act on Bonds: Covered bonds, role of security agent and other significant changes
Amendment of the Act on Bonds became effective at the beggining of 2019. The amendment introduces a CRR compliant category of covered bonds and the role of security agent, but also provides for other significant changes applicable to "standard" bonds.
