- Advised a Swiss developer on the acquisition, development and subsequent sale of a CZK 600 million retail and office project in the center of Prague.
- Represented an international real estate investment fund in the cross-border insolvency of one of the major Central European developers.
- Advised the world's leading food retailer on the restructuring of its Czech subsidiaries.
- Advised an international real estate investment fund on the acquisition and administration of its first class residential projects in Bratislava and Budapest.
- Advised a Czech state body on several issues related to the Czech Presidency of the European Union.
- Advised an Italian investor in a EUR 16 million acquisition of a part of the Prague residential and office portfolio of a major Czech developer.
- Advised a syndicate of Austrian banks on the extension of an existing credit facility provided to a major manufacturer in broadcast wood-based products in the Czech Republic.
- Represented an international insurance company before the Czech courts in the litigation procedings relating to claims for the compensation of damage to health.
- Advised the leading European propane and bottled gas retailer on the restructuring of its Czech subsidiaries.
