Thu Nga Haškovcová is the founding partner of Haškovcová&Co. She qualified with the Czech Bar as Attorney (Advokat) in 1995 and is a member of the International Bar Association, as well as numerous other international organizations for professionals. She has extensive working experience in M&A, Real Estate, Project Financing and general Corporate and Commercial Law. Since 2002, she is a member of the Appeal Committee of the Czech Securities Commission, and subsequently of the Czech National Bank.

- Advised a Luxembourg-based RE fund on various projects and property portfolios across CEE, including investors' relationship advice, as well as regulatory issues,
- Advised a Swiss-based investor and developer on the acquisition, refurbishment and subsequent sale of several high-street buildings in Prague,
- Advised an Italian-based investment fund on the acquisition of a property portfolio in the Czech Republic,
- Advised a Czech-based investor and developer on all joint venture issues with UK-based investors, including financing and re-financing relating to a large industrial park project
- Advised a Swiss-based investor on investors’ relationships and investment-related issues in several projects in the Czech Republic,
- Advised a German-based producer of candy and sweets on a factory and brand acquisition in the Czech Republic,
- Ongoing advice to a provider of outsourcing services with its headquarters in Prague, catering to the whole of Europe.
